How can we help?
What do you need help with?
Pick what matches your trip and talk it through with an agent. One number for every one of these, answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Book a new flight
Compare live fares with an agent who will confirm schedule, baggage and the total price before anything is ticketed.
Call (855) 811-7672Change a flight date
Find out what your fare rules actually allow, what the airline will charge, and what your realistic options are.
Call (855) 811-7672Cancel & refund options
Refund, travel credit or nothing at all — we will walk you through which one applies before you cancel.
Call (855) 811-7672Fix or edit an itinerary
On tickets we issued we can fix names, dates, connections, seats and baggage. Bought elsewhere? We will tell you exactly who can.
Call (855) 811-7672Use a travel credit
Sitting on a credit or voucher? We explain how it works and who has to apply it, then book the new trip with you when we can.
Call (855) 811-7672Multi-city & vacations
Open-jaw routings, several stops, group travel or a full holiday plan — the trips a search box handles badly.
Call (855) 811-7672Advice is free on any ticket. Direct servicing — actually changing or cancelling a reservation — is possible only on tickets issued by Fos Travel Deals; tickets bought elsewhere stay under the control of the airline or original seller, and we will tell you plainly which case you are in.

Flying with a major airline?
Airline change & cancellation help
Independent, plain-English guides to what each airline actually allows on changes, cancellations, refunds and credits — and a travel desk you can call about your own trip.
Fos Travel Deals is an independent travel agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline listed above. Airline names are used only to describe the trips we can help with. To manage a ticket you bought directly from an airline, contact that airline.

Who you are actually calling
A registered US business
Fos Travel Deals, 17100 Nieman Road, Overland Park, KS 66221. A real address, not a PO box.
Open around the clock
A real person answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which matters when a flight goes wrong at 2am. Calling and asking costs nothing — you only pay if you choose to book through us.
Price shown before you pay
The total you authorise at checkout includes taxes, carrier charges and our service fee. No surprise add-ons after the call.
We tell you when we cannot help
If your ticket has to be handled by the airline, we say so and point you to them rather than keeping you on the line.
